To be admitted to the degree program, applicants must have a five year high school diploma or other equivalent qualification obtained adroad.
Students who wish to enroll in Biological Sciences must have a good knowledge of the fundamentals of scientific subject such as Biology, Chemistry, Physis and Mathematics and the ability to approach problems logically. The must also have a clear interest in scientific issues, particulary those related to Life Sciences, and a disposition towards the experimental scientific approach; the must also have the ability to use the main IT tools.
The degree program is open admission and, in accordance with Ministerial Decree 270/04, the knowledge required for admission will be assessed. The assessment procedures are indicated at the Knowledge Assessment Test Link, which also indicates the additional educational requirements (OFA) than must be met in the firts year of the program if the assessment is not successful.
Students who have not fulfilled the OFA requirements will not able to take the exams in the 2nd and 3rd years.

Entry-level knowledge of english must be no lower than level B2.
